Sundy Anderson is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. She graduated in 2011 from George Fox University near Portland, Oregon with her masters degree in marriage, couples, and family counseling. She completed her undergraduate degrees in music and family studies at Brigham Young University in 2008. She specializes in relationship therapy (parent-child and couples), child-centered play therapy, and Lifespan Integration therapy (trauma and core-building),as well as treating grief and loss, anxiety and depression.

Sundy grew up in a military family that moved often. In that process she discovered that relationships bring both the greatest joy and pain to life. Healing and help are internal resources that she personally has accessed and witnessed her clients access through a therapeutic relationship.

She enjoys singing, laughing with old and new friends, watching home design shows with her husband, and riding bikes with her five children. She considers herself a quilter, a cookie monster, and a loyal friend.
