Ruth is a family nurse practitioner, board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. has been in general pediatric practice in Provo since 2012, during that time she developed a special interest in pediatric mental health. She has over 30 years of Emergency Room and trauma experience. She retired from the U.S. Army Reserves and is a veteran of Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan. 

Ruth is an active member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, the Utah Nurses Association and the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners. 

Ruth’s favorite hobby is spending time with her grandchildren. Together they enjoy swimming, gardening, biking and grand adventures in the form of vacations.
