My goal is to provide a safe environment for you to explore past concerns, current challenges, and future directions. Together, we will work on helping you realize that you have the resiliency and ability to overcome negative thoughts, problematic behavioral patterns, and emotional blocks. I use a range of techniques to help you most effectively achieve your goals. My general approach is non directive cognitive-experiential which allows you to explore your issues and find solutions without feeling pressured.

"I love connecting with people. I love seeing people be more happy. "
