Hannah Hoffman is a licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner board certified by the ANCC. She is a member of the American Psychiatric Nurses Association (APNA) and the American Nurses Association (ANA).  Hannah has experience in treating most mental health conditions. She is particularly skilled in working with individuals to address mood disorders, OCD, Anxiety, PTSD, and eating disorders.

Hannah was born and raised in Kaysville, Utah. She grew to recognize the importance of a holistic approach to medicine early on as a student nurse, witnessing the need for improved approaches to addressing mental health concerns. Additional personal experience with the impact one’s mental health has on overall quality of life drew her to this specialty. She engages with individuals to create a safe, supportive environment for healing, implementing the use of medication management and therapeutic techniques.

In her spare time, Hannah enjoys skiing, biking, trail running, reading a good book, and cheering on her favorite sports teams.
