Dr. Frances Liu is board-certified by the American Board of Pediatrics.  

She was born in Hong Kong and moved with her family to Wisconsin at age ten. She moved to Utah after completing her pediatric residency and has lived here since. 

Working with children is her passion. She was a general pediatrician for 4 years, then focused her practice on treating children and adolescents with mental health conditions. 

Dr. Liu loves outdoor activities with her husband. She also enjoys cooking and trying out new recipes. 

Dr. Liu believes mental health is just as important as physical health. She enjoys working as a team with patients, parents and therapists to help her patients obtain their optimal mental health.
