I have worked as a Physician Assistant for the last 9 years specializing in general medicine and psychiatry. I have long had a passion for psychiatric care and its ability to transform and save lives. There is nothing I find more rewarding than helping a patient who is truly suffering mentally achieve a happy, well balanced life they love. I use treatments that are backed by the best scientific evidence and I have had great success as the majority of my patients fully recover or improve significantly with treatment.

I take a practical approach by investing adequate time to correctly diagnose conditions in order to find the best treatment as quickly as possible. My goal with prescribing medications is to find the most effective and safe treatment with the least amount of medications at the lowest doses possible.

I strongly believe in the importance of combining medication management with regular exercise, strong personal relationships, therapy, proper sleep habits, and a healthy diet.
