Cheryl has over twenty five years of clinical experience. She specializes in helping those struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, eating disorders, and other mental health issues. She enjoys working with individuals, couples, and families. She loves seeing people realize their true identity and potential, and empowering them to heal and make positive changes in their lives. Her approach is kind and supportive, yet encouraging to those she works with in taking personal responsibility to assist their progress during the therapeutic and change process.

In addition to her mental health practice, Cheryl enjoys working to promote health, wellness, and charity efforts with a team of business professionals. She is a founder of The Awakening Series, which provides online training and skill development to navigate life’s challenges and find personal success. Cheryl has been married for 30 years and has four children. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, learning new skills, being outdoors, and training others to achieve success.
